JAGAME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
JagaMe is a web-based elderly management system developed for Anbe Sivam Charity Home to support care centres in managing residents, caregivers, and daily operations more efficiently. Currently, many care centres rely on manual and paper-based systems, which lead to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and delays in providing proper care, affecting the safety and well-being of elderly residents and individuals with special needs. To address these challenges, this project aims to develop a centralised digital solution that allows caregivers and administrators to manage resident information, monitor health conditions, schedule daily activities, and improve communication with family members. The system includes features such as task management, notifications, and real-time updates to ensure better coordination among caregivers and timely information delivery to family members. This project adopts the Agile methodology to allow continuous improvement through iterative development, feedback, and testing, and consists of three main modules: the Resident Management Module, the Caregiver Task Module, and the Info Board Module. Ultimately, JagaMe serves as a unified platform that enhances operational efficiency and improves the quality of care delivered to elderly residents and individuals with special needs.
