SISTEM E-BORANG JHEP

Sistem E-Borang JHEP is a web-based system developed to improve the management of student administrative applications at the Student Affairs Department (JHEP) in Polytechnic. Currently, applications are handled manually using physical forms that must be processed through multiple authorised officers, making the process time consuming, difficult to track, and prone to delays or lost documents.

This system aims to digitalise the application process by providing an online platform for submissions such as programme transfer, inter-polytechnic transfer, deferment, and study discontinuation. It includes role-based access, step-by-step approval workflow, and real-time application status tracking to improve efficiency and transparency.

The project is developed using Agile methodology, allowing continuous improvements based on user and supervisor feedback. Overall, the system is expected to enhance efficiency, reduce processing time, and improve transparency for both students and staff.
